What if my order is damaged?
At Prestige Gifts our customised arrangements are all hand-crafted to the highest standards. If for any reason your order is damaged or defective, please email us at info@prestigegifts.net.au with pictures attached within 48 hours of receiving it and our team will assist you. All approved refunds for damaged or defective arrangements will be issued as per the original method of payment.

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. However, since it’s customised, we typically can’t offer refunds. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
