Cancellations, Returns and Refunds 

The cancellation, return and refund options for all the products are independent of each other. We try our best to provide you with the best options to ensure minimum loss on your side, but do not 100% guarantee return or refund for all options. Shipping  

While we do our best to deliver orders within the assured time, some gift orders might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and multiple delivery careers. We do not promise cancellation for delayed orders. However, we do the best we can to compensate for your late deliveries.  

Damaged Goods 

We replace faulty or damaged goods if you notify us about the issue within seven days of receiving the order.
